Apex Dental operates an SMS messaging service for patients and prospective patients. With your consent, you may receive transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling communications, and follow-up care information. We do not send promotional or marketing content via SMS.
You may receive SMS messages from one or more dedicated SMS numbers operated by Apex Dental Encore, PA. The (813) 994-4200 main practice line is for voice calls only and does not send text messages.
Opt-in. Patients opt in to SMS messages by checking a clearly labeled consent checkbox on our forms. The checkbox is never pre-checked, and submitting a form does not require SMS consent. SMS consent is never a condition of receiving care.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and consent preferences. You will typically receive between 2 and 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
